Hi, all. I really hadn't planned on making use of this board so soon. Rachel Krieg, who lived in Arizona, passed away last Monday, October 10. She was 33 years old. She was a user on here, with the name rkrieg7583, but I see she was only active for about three months in 2015, so I'm not sure how many would know her from the Zone. More might know her from her home state, or from her time at CCB, or involvement on various mailing lists. Still, since the Internet has made the blind community smaller than it already is, I figured I'd put it here.

Sorry to hear this. I didn't know her, but no doubt someone on here does. I'm
sure several someones will appreciate you having posted this.

I did not know her, but nevertheless, I am sad to hear that the zone community has gotten that much smaller. Rest in peace, Rachel, wherever you are. my condolences to her friends and family.

I knew her semi-well though we hadn't talked in quite some time. RIP.

That is very young. I didn't know her at all, but RIP and my condolences to her friends and family.

I answered you on FB last night that I thought she had, but since then I've learned that yes, she did live in Tempe for quite awhile.

I used to see her on chatlines. Didn't know her well, but she seemed nice. R.i.P.

We talked a lot, when she'd come on Pipeline. Then, she was on an email list, that I was on. R.I.P, Rachel! We miss you!
